Most of them are walking to Flinders St statuon which is a few metres along.
It wasn't that cold really - maybe 13 or 14 degrees. Melbourne people do tend to get abit over-enthusiastic about overcoats, though it's true it gets colder than this, and the mornings especially can be quite nippy.
Those people ought to look happier at the end of the day!

But noone is wearing anything terribly heavy!
