    You know what you should do, Sally? You need to take a photo like this and then board the bus with them and take a photo of where each got off and their home or their street or something. And tie them together.

    Back in Sydney?
    Loved the journey in Melbourne! Trams like in Lisbon and Frisco; Bricks; and in particular the City Baths. I'm imagining Dawn Fraser moving from Balmain to Melbourne for the Olympics and crossing with your Mom before a dinner out... ;))

    GMG : Mum did indeed see Dawn Fraser swimming at the Melbourne Olympics in 1956! No dinners out, unfortunately :-)
