Hey Sally, will you be doing the walk ? I'm not, having 14 girls at home for a sleepover - my daughter's fourteenth birthday. All camping in the garden, and it's raining !!! Isn't that brave of me ?
Too bad the bridge celebrations will be in the rain.
Heard on the news about this and thought one of you would have a picture. I'm still tired from stopping up to watch the grand prix whilst outside the wind howled and hail fell!

No, Nathalie - we have had a cricket semi final all weekend, and later this afternoon Mum and I are off to the theatre.
ReplyDeleteSo, the both of you have other plans? I want to walk it but then again, I'm not great with crowds.
ReplyDeleteThe Bridge Walk was a great experience and the rain stayed away. It was very well organised. Pity you missed it Sally.
ReplyDeleteYeah - never mind - you can walk it any day you like! BUT it's all about the occasion...still we won the semifinal, so grand final next weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh, and the play "ParramattaGirls" at the Belvoir is FANTASTIC!
ReplyDeleteMaybe everyone can go to Sydney next year and walk together for the 76th anniversary :-P

ReplyDeleteNice to read you spent a good Sunday, on the bridge or not!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun thing to do. I'm glad the rain stayed away but don't you need rain over there?
ReplyDeleteAngela
