I think that even the pollen and pollution has been blown away. It is lovely and crisp as I sit here looking at skies around the world.
ReplyDeleteWierd week ...
Yes, you have a real dust storm I can see!
ReplyDeleteInteresting shots!!
Oh, I've seen so many shots of the dust storm and I'm just amazed! And then that it could be so clear, pristine and beautiful! Fabulous! Marvelous shots!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend -- hopeful without any more dust!

Sydney's skywatch Sally showed someone some small, sunny, sandless street!
ReplyDeleteGreat contrast shots Sally.
ReplyDeleteSydney - City and Suburbs
I am just amazed at this red dust storm. The photos are just amazing. Thanks for sharing your skies.
ReplyDeleteI saw some of the coverage on the news. The storms were incredible. Lovely snaps of the sunset.
ReplyDeleteSaw reports of the dust storm on television here in the USA.
ReplyDeleteI am glad "all the dust has settled". (Sorry - I could not help it.) Good to see lovely blue skies are again in view.
Great shots Sally!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.
We have seen the photos on the news and the first thing we thought of was to check your blog to see what it was like from your perspective. I hope everything will return to normal soon.
ReplyDeletelovely photos
ReplyDeleteLovely photos. It's good to see that Sydney is getting back to normal but I suspect you'll be finding red dust in unexpected places for quite some time.
ReplyDeleteOh, my!!! That looks such a terrible storm! Part of me likes to watch storms, but I am finding more and more that I can see the results too clearly, and wish for more boring weather all the time!
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking of you ever since hearing of the incredible dust storm. We just never know what's going to come our way, do we! I'm glad to see things are clearer and am wishing all those affected well in cleaning up that fine silty dust from their walkways and window sills. I wonder what effect this might have on gardens and water reservoirs in days and months ahead. Wishing you well, and BLUE skies :-).
