This woman stopped on her early morning run long enough to contemplate sunrise over the Pacific Ocean at Bondi. Although in complete shadow now, it would be interesting to spend the day there documenting how the shadow shifts.

This is a wonderful shot and pose. I wouldn't get much exercising done if I had that to contemplate.
ReplyDeleteI once had a computer that was Bondi blue. Now I know why it was called that!
ReplyDeleteI hope you do spend a day there watching the shadows shift! That would be a very cool project.
Great way to combine the two themes today Sally.
ReplyDeleteSydney - City and Suburbs
J Bar has just said exactly what I was going to say.
ReplyDeleteYes, superb interpretation of both, Sal. It would be good to take a photo of Bondi at the same time each week and track the changes.
ReplyDeleteVery nice - the photo and the woman! Happy theme day :)
ReplyDeleteStunning photo.
ReplyDeleteGreat choice, love this image! Cheers Sally!
ReplyDeleteShadows and a silhouette are a good combination!
ReplyDeleteVery nice photo. I like the silhouette.
ReplyDeleteHave a great Friday, Sally.
Sally,
ReplyDeleteSpectacular SHADOWS image today. Wow, I love this one a lot.

Serene meditative view Sally. I did that over in Central Coast. Nice to embrace the cold dawn to wait for the sunrise to peep till it fully blossom in the sky.
ReplyDeleteI'm the same way, I can never work out in a windowless room. That's why I love running.
ReplyDeleteNice composition ^^
ReplyDeleteSpectacular shot and silhouette. Superb for today, Sally. The light in the sky and on the sea is so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI like the sun rise and the composition with the woman on the right side : Great.
ReplyDeleteGreat beach pic! Very exotic. Thanks for visiting TORUN DAILY PHOTO again. Glad you like our shadow pic as well. Greetings from sunny Poland!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if I could run at Bondi, to many things to look at! Great shot, Sally, as usual, thank you for your beautiful sky.
ReplyDeleteI'de love to do the same!
ReplyDeleteThat early morning sun is a great shadow maker. Lovely photo.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful choice for the theme day! I'd much rather be at Bondi watching the shadows than here in my cublicle.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!!!
I hope she does a few laps for me .. great shot .. lovely sky!
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful shot. The silhouette of the women exercising tells a lot about the surrounding.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend.

Very cleverly done combination on both themes. Terrific silhouette.
ReplyDeleteGreat combination of sky and shadows
ReplyDeleteparticularly good shot and glimpses of a scene I rarely see, must get out there one of these mornings before winter sets in,
ReplyDeleteHi Sally, beautiful photo and very appealing idea to spend a day documenting how the shadow shifts ... Sam, from daily dose of imagery, once shared a timelapse composite of 100's images showing the shadows and reflections on an office building. He setup his camera on a tripod and set it to automatically take the same photo every 15 minutes during one day.
ReplyDeleteShe looks like she's ready to greet the sunrise, and the day. The picture of health.
ReplyDeletethe beautiful ocean shadow and yes, it would be interesting to see how the shadow shifts.
ReplyDeleteawesome !! good photogrph.breathtaking :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photo and a good choice for this month's theme day.
ReplyDeleteI actually prefer the silhouette photos to the shadows, very nicely done.
ReplyDeleteFabulous post! I totally forgot to post on May Theme Day, will try to post it tomorrow!!!
