Deno's Diner - for all your fibreglass hot dog needs

You can't go past Deno's Diner for halal hot dogs. What I especially love is the milk crates it is balanced on! A southern Sydney institution, Deno's has for decades sated many a late night going-home munchie attack.

  1. Halal? When have Hot Dogs ever been Halal??? Such an oxymoron, don't you think? ;)

  2. Hi edwin : As fgar as I know, Halal just refers to the way the meat used in it is slaughtered and prayers said....any meat can be halal I suppose! Anyway, Deno's advertises itself as having halal products :-)

Halal takeaway is quite easy to source in Sydney!
