Deno's Diner - for all your fibreglass hot dog needs

You can't go past Deno's Diner for halal hot dogs. What I especially love is the milk crates it is balanced on! A southern Sydney institution, Deno's has for decades sated many a late night going-home munchie attack.

  2. Hi edwin : As fgar as I know, Halal just refers to the way the meat used in it is slaughtered and prayers said....any meat can be halal I suppose! Anyway, Deno's advertises itself as having halal products :-)

Halal takeaway is quite easy to source in Sydney!

  3. Halal also means that the food does not contain any pork meat. Moslems are not allowed to eat pork meat. Anyway, it's good to know that there are many halal food in Sidney!
