It's made of high-fired porcelain and plaster and is 40cm x 100cm x 100cm.

In the Caribbean I saw little birds called "sugar birds" that fly in through the window and steal sugar from the table. Perhaps they hatch from these sugar-cube shaped eggs?

It's striking and I like it a lot. (Although I thought sugar cubes too).
