Catching some sun
These two women (mother and daughter?) catch some lunchtime winter sun in one of my favourite places, The Chinese Garden of Friendship at Darling Harbour.

Nice and mild winter weather. Often times, my area has this sort of winter warmth. This past winter we had record snowfalls though!

Ok, I begrudgingly admit it is a relaxing place, but the way I feel today, I will order some Shou Mei (Old man’s eyebrows) tea ;-)

Ah, that photo brings back some memories. Gail & I had our photos taken at that very spot when we got married there last February.

ReplyDeleteThis was my favorite place in Sydney! I have so many pictures or it, and ever since being there I seek out similar style gardens whenever possible.
ReplyDeleteJust stumbled across your site... I do love the Chinese Gardens - always have... so relaxing and peaceful... I was just there in January with all the nieces/nephews... it was great to get back home (I am an expat in the US)... take care
