Breakfast fruits

Summer's coming, so peaches, nectarines and mangoes are making an appearance. Cherries soon too. Just the thing for summer breakfasts (and all day, really!) . But it's the last appearance for this year of blood oranges, which I love to juice with ruby grapefruit, lemons and mandarins for my breakfast juice.

  2. Looks lip smackin' good. I've never been so aware, until Daily Photoing came along, that seasons aren't the same all over the world.

  9. Nice photo. Was it taken in Woolworths?

Wish we were coming to Sydney for Christmas. The days are sunny here still, but it's cold & expecting to get colder. Plus the dark nights. Boo hoo.

  11. gail's man: No, not Woolies - it's the fruit market in Frenchamn's Road, Randwick.

They have the most BEAUTIFUL freshrhubarb and pear with cinnamon mix - perfect for on top of the brekkie Weetbix.
