I work in this "Brasserie" and all I can tell is that a few years ago this restaurant and the press shop on his right were just one facility "Au Bon Coing".
ReplyDeleteWhen the two separate, the press shop kept the name "Au Bon Coing" and the restaurant had to find a new one, "Le Bon Coing" which is a pun. In France, un "coin" is a corner and un "coing" is a fruit but the pronounciation is the same .
