    Since so many fab picture theatres were built in the late 20s anf all the 30s, it is a shame that so few have been restored to their original beauty. Hollywood = 1930s = Deco.

    By the way, where is Cremorne?

    The decor of these theaters harkens back to an era when it was a special event to go the the movies.

    Great post the other day about Mr. Norman. I did not know about him.

    Hels - I have edited to include a map which shows Cremorne. Between the harbour bridge (north side) and Mosman.
